At Church, the guy who leads the worship, Bobby Dixon, has been telling me about a script that he started and has been wanting to make. It focus is a ministry that the Church, Mount Zion, hosts called Celebrate Recovery.
Particularly, its a story about a guy named Manfred who loses his Job and His Wife in one day. I told Bobby that I would look at it and give some notes.
He is hoping to do the movie this spring. I'm not sure what my role will be, if any, but it is cool to find someone else who wants to make movies, but isn't too afraid to "just go do it". This has been a long time desire for me.
